Rosebud Weddings-Ireland Terms and Conditions Policy
Our Terms and Conditions Policy Has been Amended and Updated on 6/10/2017
while our old policy remains in place to 5/10/2017 This New Policy takes over from today the 6/10/2017/
On placement of orders for wedding stationery, wedding candle, wedding accessory all order form must be completed.
Deposit and payments
Minimumn Depost of €100 for Orders for all Products provided by Rosebud
including Decor Hire that cost between €150 and €500 on placement of Order
For Orders under €100 cost and over €500 cost
A 30% Deposit is required on placement orders
The remaining balance must be paid on date provided on invoice.
Rosebud Weddings-Ireland has a policy of keeping a date 7 days (saturdays,sundays and church and bank holidays are included in the 7 day countdown )
for a Decor Hire for people from date of first email, text message ,
messenger message or phone call for people.
unfourtatnally unless a minium deposit is paid by midnite of the 7th day
the date will be released again on a first come and pay deposit basis.
We will not hold a date past 7 days for Decor Hire.
For anyone re booking same event after the 7 days has lapsed then the minium
deposit or total cost
must be paid on booking to secure the event date and any remainder to be fully cleared
6 weeks prior to event taken place.
Wedding Décor Hire deposit will only be taken if the date is available Minumin Deposit of €100 on all Silver packages or a 30% deposit is required on all Gold or Platinum or Other Specific packages Tthe remaining balance must be paid on the date provided on the invoice to ensure. Rosebud Weddings – Ireland service on day of the wedding.
Any Alteration from Agreed Packages will incur extra costs to customer
No Order will be sent out or collected without payment in full.
For Decor Hire all orders Must be PAID in Full at least 3 WEEKS before Event
Deposits are Non Refundable .
Order place within 6 weeks of wedding of-
Church décor hire, wedding candles, or wedding accessory must be paid up in full on placement the order.
Order for a wedding stationery must be placed a minimum of –
10 weeks Day Invitation, 8 weeks Evening Invitation, 8 weeks ceremony booklets before the wedding.
While we at Rosebud Weddings-Ireland will make every effort making Our Stationary
for Customers, Our Stationary is Hand Made and thus Slight differences and
imperfections can occor from each indevidual creation to each indevidual creation. , this can occur with Hand Crafted Items and this is what makes them even more unique for your special occasion.
Our Stationary is Hand Crafted to a high Standard ,
But it is NOT like Comerishally produced Perfection no variation from indevidual piece to indevidual piece stationary/, it is possible
Rosebud Weddings-Ireland will,sometimes have and it may be seen and most of time it wont be seen.
The Coustumer ACCEPTS this when they Commession Rosebud Weddings-Ireland
for their Stationary Order.
A proof copy is provided with all wedding stationery (Invitations, RSVP, Ceremony booklet, Table plans, and Table numbers) and other stationay made by Rosebud
Once the proof is checked and conformed to having the correct spelling and wording
If a fault is found after been printed responsibility than lays with the client.
Reprint can be done at the client expense
Rosebud Wedding-Ireland holds the Right to Refuse a Commession for any of its work
Order for bridal bouquets must be placed minimum of –
4 weeks before the wedding
Collection of orders
All goods have to paid, in full on complement of the order.
Delivery / Collection Agreement form must be completed on deliver or collection of order or goods.
